10 oxs. SR Flour About 2ozs. Margarine 3egg yolks One glass / half anizette 1tablespoon sugar Mix dverything together into a pastry Add a bit of water on anizette if required Put in fridge for 1/2 hour in cling Open thinly on some flour And cut in strips like fettucini. Fry quick golden colour in like bird nests. Put to drain on kitchen roll paper. Build a pyrimid and every layer pour honey and hundred sn thousands.
2nd recipe Dough recipe- 200g plain flour, 1 tbs butter (i used Flora cuisine), 3 tbs anisette (next time i will inc to 5 for more taste), 4tbs water, 1 egg yolk. Cut in strips, deep fry, sprinkle with honey and hundreds and thousands. Next time round i would add some sugar to the recipe too.
