1 lb ground meat

1 pk McCormick original chili seasoning
|

1 can rotel
|

2 small cans tomato sauce
|
|
1 can kidney beans
|

1-2 cloves of garlic
|

1/4 cup bell pepper

1/4 cup onion

Instructions |
|
|
Brown ground meat with garlic, onion, and bell pepper. I
usually add Tony's seasoning too. Drain if necessary.

Add cans of sauce, beans, and rotel and seasoning mix to
browned meat.
|
|
|
Cook on simmer at least 30 minutes but it just gets better the
linger it simmers.
