Hamburger Steaks Wrapped in Bacon

1 lb ground beef (or turkey, deer, etc,)

1/4 cup oats (reg or steel-cut)
|
|
1 egg
|

1 Tbsp milk
|
|
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
|
|
salt & pepper
|
|
8 strips of bacon
|

|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine all ingredients except bacon. Mix well. Mold into firm patties. Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each patty.
|

|
Bake at 350 for about 30-45 minutes.
Tip- I always cook these on a rack over a drip pan so that they are not floating in bacon drippings.
