     Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
Stick Butter
2 tbs flour
2 cups whole milk or evaporated milk
4 oz. velveeta
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. hoop, colby, or mozzarella cheese
1 c. sharp cheddar
salt and pepper
pasta, cooked
 

Instructions
Melt butter in large skillet. Add flour and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add milk and stir for 2 minutes. Add cheeses just until melted, then spices. Stir in pasta.
