     cold sesame noodles

Ingredients
3/4 lb spaghetti
1 tsp red pepper
1/4 c canola oil
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 c tahini
3 T rice vinegar
3 T low-sodium soy sauce
3 T water
sesame seeds
 
another green onion, sliced

Instructions
Cook spaghetti rinse and drain.
At the same time, cook crushed red pepper in canola oil in a large pot until sizzling, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in scallions, tahini, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and water. Season with salt.
Toss pasta with sauce. Serve topped with sesame seeds and sliced scallion.
