     Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

Ingredients
a. 1/2 cup butter softened
a. 1/2 cup white sugar
a. 1/2 cup brown sugar
a. 1/2 cup peanut butter
b. 1 egg
b. 1 extra teaspoon vanilla extract
b. 2 tablespoons milk
c. 1 3/4 cups flour
c. 1/2 teaspoon salt
 
c. 1 teaspoon baking soda
d. 1 package mini reese cups (should contain around 40)

Instructions
Cream the A mixture together. Beat in the B mixture. Add the C mixture and mix well.
Refrigerate dough for about an hour. Unwrap the reese cups and put into the freezer.
Heat the oven to 375. Roll the dough into 40 little balls. Place the balls into a mini muffin pan and heat in oven for 7.5 minutes.
As soon as you take it out of the oven, place a reese cup in each and push to the bottom. Let cool and remove from muffin pan.
