Mix brown sugar, peanut butter, honey, hot water,
vanilla together. In a separate bowl, mix rolled
oats, flour, wheat germ, nuts/seeds, flax, salt
and coconut. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
Mix in chocolate chips and dried fruit. Press
into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20
minutes. Do not overbake. Cut while warm.
Remove from pan when cool. May be wrapped
individually in plastic wrap and frozen. We just
put them all in a freezer bag and store in
freezer. Pull out as needed.
