a. flour, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, and pepper to coat
a. 3 tablespoons butter (reserve 1 of those)
b. 1 cup heavy whipping cream
b. 4 oz blue cheese (use 2 oz if you do not like blue cheese)
Instructions
Coat pork chops. Heat tablespoons butter in a pan. Brown
chops for about 5 minutes. Add the other tablespoon butter
and brown the other side for about 5 minutes. Check pork
temperature
Take pork out of the pan and keep warm. Add B mixture and
stir for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese. You can simmer for
about 5 more minutes if it needs to thicken.
Serve over chops with rice, or something to help soak up the
sauce.
