Slice chicken breasts into small edible pieces and throw on a grill
pan (or whatever cooking device you want), season with Mrs. Dash
and cook thoroughly. Once cooked, add mango, red pepper and
jalapeno. Sauté together and add more Mrs. Dash -probably 1/2
tbsp. Once red peppers are soft, remove from heat and place in
your choice of taco shells. To make home made taco shells I preheat
oven to 350 and put corn tortillas and hang them over on the wire
racks and occasionally open the oven and use tongs and pinch them
together until they are fully cooked and shaped the way of harden
taco shells.
