     Sriracha Spiced Pineapple Pepper Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
1 medium chicken breast
2 small low cal and fat tortilla
2 tsp. Sriracha
3 pineapple rings
2 tbsp minced onion
1/2 red bell pepper
 

Instructions
Bake chicken on 350 for 20 minutes (you can season with cayenne optional), shred and toss in Sriracha.
Put tortillas between muffin tins and bake on 375 for 7 minutes to make crunchy. Dice pepper, onion, and pineapple and sauté in greased pan for 5 minutes until golden brown! Add chicken and medley to crunchy tacos. Sauce on side it just nonfat plain Greek yogurt and Siracha -)
