Put pie plate in freezer before you begin
Mix dry ingredients together. Cut butter up into pieces and drop over top of dry ingredients. Do not mix! Drizzle milk over top of mixture. Do not mix! Microwave on high for two minutes. Mix thoroughly (a wire whisk works well) and pour into pie plate. (The 8 x 8 would work well too.) Put back into freezer for 20 minutes.
