Work with spoon or hands till well blended. Add 2 cups minced pecans and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in colored powdered sugar or pecans. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until pale brown.
Roll in powdered sugar while still hot. Makes 4 dozen.
