Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix only the ingredients listed above (nothing else) in a large bowl until blended. You can, however, add a handful or nuts or chocolate chips. Drop the batter by teaspoon size onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until they turn light brown. Cool and enjoy.
