Bake cake according to the directions on the box. Mix together Caramel and Eagle Brand Milk. As soon as you take it out of oven, poke holes in it with a wooden spoon and pour the caramel mixture over the cake. When cake cools, top it with Cool Whip and crunched up Skor Candy Bar.
