     Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
8 corn tortillas torn
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 16oz can Rotel
16 oz cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Fry hamburder meat with the onion, drain off grease. Add cumin and chili powder to meat mixture. Continue to cook on low heat about 10 minutes then place in 9x13 dish. Layer the ranch style beans then corn tortillas, then cheese, then tomatoes and lastly the soup. You can refrigerate overnight if needed otherwise bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
