2 pkgs frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
1 c. Bisquik
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
Instructions
Grease bottom and sides of 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onion in the baking dish. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
