Beat eggs in separate bowl. Combine milk and melted butter in
large bowl. Add eggs and beat together. Add flour and salt to
egg mixture and beat.
Fill well oiled custard cups to 1/2 inch of top.
Bake 1 hour for 6 oz cups and 45 minutes for 4 oz cups.
Preheat oven to 400 Bake 1 hour for 6 oz cups. 45 min for 4 oz
cups.
When done, cut 2 small slits in top to relieve steam. Then bake
another 5 minutes
Makes 8 large or 10 regular popovers.
Cut recipe in 1/2 for 6 (4 oz.) popovers.
