     'Ice Cream Cone' Cupcakes

Ingredients
120g caster sugar
120g soft stork
1tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
120g self raising flour
2tbsp milk
12 flat bottom ice cream cones
150g butter, softened
300g icing sugar
 
2tbsp milk
pink gel food colour and strawberry essence to taste
chocolate popping candy (optional)
freeze dried strawberry (optional)
chocolate flakes

Instructions
Beat sugar and stork until pale and creamy. Add vanilla essence then add lightly beaten egg a quarter at a time. Beat into mixture. Fold in flour and add milk to loosen mixture a little. Half fill the cones with mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 190c/fan 170c/mark 5. Cool for 10 minutes.
Beat the softened butter and add icing sugar slowly and towards the end add the milk and beat until smooth. Add food colour and essence to taste. Pipe the butter icing with a star shapped nozzle and decorate with chocolate popping candy, freeze dried strawberry and a chocolate flake.
