Preheat overn to 375 degrees. In an 8x8 in baking dish stir Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon together until thoroughly mixed. Stir in melted butter, In medium mixing bowl, stir sugar and peaches. Spoon peaches over the cobbler crust. Bake for 45 min to 1 hr or until crust is a golden brown. Top with ice cream.
