     Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 cup Oats
3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Egg, beaten
1/3 cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Stevia / Splenda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
 
1 tsp. Milled Flax Seed
1 Tbsp. Silvered Almonds or Pecan Pieces

Instructions
Combine almond milk and oats. Let soak 5-10 minutes.
Mix together dry ingredients and nuts. Add dry ingredients and beaten egg to oatmeal milk mixture.
Mix until moist. A couple of extra tablespoons of almond milk may be needed to help further moisten.
Cook as normal.
