Sweet shortcrust pastry
Filling .... 3cups sliced strawberies / 1 cup sugar / 1cup sour
cream / 1 cup flour.
Beat cream sugar and flour together. Fold in strawberries.
Pour mixture into a pie tin lined with shortcrust pastry.
Bake for 20 mins on 190deg and 40mins on 160'deg,
