     Crab Dip

Ingredients
lemon juice - 2 tbs
cream cheese - 8 ounces softened
cheese - 1 cup grated (5 Italian cheese or cheddar)
parmesan cheese - ½ cup
mayonnaise - 1 cup
Hot sauce to taste (½ spoon of Sambal Oelek or Worchester Sauce)
crab - 1 can
 

Instructions
Blend all these ingredients with hand mixer. Spoon into oven proof dish, spoon out one can of crab, after removing most of the moisture over top of dish, and work crab in lightly with a fork. Possible to replace crab with artichokes canned in oil, drain artichokes, pat dry and dice.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min (should brown slightly on top) Feel free to add onions or garlic
