     Creamy Chicken Bake (Susan)

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 oz sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
 
Instructions
Place chicken in a baking dish. Stir the soup, milk, garlic powder & mushrooms in a medium bowl. Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken.
Stir the cheese, bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the soup mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Stir the sauce and serve over the chicken.
