3/4 lb pasta of choice (ruffles or rotini work well)
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh spinach leaves, broken into small pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook sausage, onion
and garlic in 1 tblsp olive oil until cooked
through. Cook pasta according to directions for al
dente. Mix all ingredients together and place into
a 9x11 in baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes,
covered.
