Drain shrimp and crab, squeeze juice out of crab and shrimp. Break up crab and shrimp and add chili sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and pepper, chill till ready to use. Spread softened cream on plate and spread chili crab/shrimp mixture over cream cheese, serve with crackers.
