Preheat the oven 170C. Place baking paper on oven tray. Place
Butter in a suitable microwave jug/bowl and place in the microwave
for 10 seconds or until softened well.

Add the sugar and blend with a wooden spoon until blended well
and no clumps. Then add the egg, flour, baking powder and LSA
and mix together thoroughly.

Divide the mixture into ten balls of uncooked drops. make them the
size and shape you want make sure they aren't to thick or to thin.
Then place your finger in the centre of shape and poor at least 2
tsp of jam int the indent.

Bake until pale gold and rather hard Remove tray and set aside for
five minutes before removing from the tray and leave to cool down
for 10 minutes.
