     Honey Oat Biscuits

Ingredients
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup self raising flour
pinch bircarb soda
1/2 coconut
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup dried fruit/nuts/sunflower seeds
50g butter
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
 
grated lemon zest, choc chips- optional

Instructions
Preheat oven on 160C and line with baking paper a slab tin. Place butter in a microwave jug/bowl and place in the microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.
Add water, honey and bicarb soda into the butter. Put all the dry ingredients into a bowl and pour the wet ingredients in while slowly stirring.
Shape into biscuits shapes and bake in the oven until light gold brown or until nice and soft.
