Separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites together with salt until very stiff. In another bowl, mix egg yolks and cream cheese well. Then mix in the baking powder. Gently fold in the egg whites to the egg yolk mix trying to keep the air in the egg whites. Put six large of 8 small Oopsies on a baking tray. Bake at 300 deg. for about 25 minutes.
