1/2 cup low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
3 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 avocado cut into slices
2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
8 grape tomatoes chopped
1/4 red onion, cut into thin slices
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, black beans, cilantro,
green onion, garlic powder, cumin and chili powder, and gently
fold together by hand. Separate into 8-10 equal size patties.
Season with pepper.
