Mix the sugar and condensed milk and stir on a low
fire.
|

|
Stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides
of the pan.
|
|
|
|
Add the ghee and essence.
|
|
|
|
Apply some ghee on a wooden board or jelly roll pan
and empty the contents of the pan. Cut into squares
before it cools.
