     Hot Artichoke-Spinach Dip

Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
3 clove garlic, peeled and diced
1/4tsp garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven 350°F Lightly grease a small baking dish. Mix Cream Cheese, Mayo, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic, Basil, Garlic salt, salt and pepper. Fold in Spinach and Artichoke. Put mixture in baking dish. Spread mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
Serving Suggestions
Enjoy with Tortilla chips, fresh vegies or Bread!
