Ingredients
Cauliflower head
1 cup flour
1 cup water
Garlic powder
Franks red hot sauce or buffalo wing sauce
 

Instructions
Set oven to 450 Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces Mix flour, water and garlic powder (and any other spices) Add cauliflower to mix to coat them and lay them out on tray Cook for 20-25 minutes Coat pieces in desired sauce and cook for 5-8 more minutes
Serving Suggestions
Serve with blue cheese and celery sticks
