     Crab Dip

Ingredients
2 cans drained crab meat
1 can tomato soup
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 -1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped onions
2 envelopes Knox Gelatin
1/2 cup warm water
 

Instructions
Heat tomato soupp and cream cheese, then add water to gelatin. Mix with tomato soup and creasm cheese. Add other ingredients. Coat mold with mayonnaise, pour mixture in container. let set at least 4 hours in refreg. I usually let mind set overnight. Serve with crackers of choice
Keeps nicely in ref. a week or more, doesn't usually last more that a couple of days, eaten by then. Ronnie usually wants Cathy to make this especially at Christmas time. If she doesn't have time I'll usually make it , but she does a better job than I do, since I got the receipe from her.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with crackers of choice.
