2 stalks fresh rhubarb / 3 granny smith apples / 1/2 tsp
cinnamon / juice of 2 lemons / a good tot Port / 3 tbs brown
sugar / 3 tbs sugar.
Crumble - 1cup sr flour / 1 cup,sugar / 100 butter cold and
cubed. Rub all ingredients together till it resembles
breadcrumbs
Stew all ingredients till soft - if there is too much juice thicken
with some cornflour.
Put in a dish and cover with crumble. Bake on 200deg for 20
mins or until top is golden
