     Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
2 cut up and deboned cooked chickens (I prefer Hens)
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 large diced onion (Valida onions)
1 stick margarine
2 (81/2 ounce) can English Peas
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
2 pounds Velveeta cheese
1 pound Spaghetti
 

Instructions
Boil chicken and save broth ,remove from bones and cut up in bite size pieces. Cook spaghetti in broth ,drain, reserving 2 1/2 cups broth.
Cook peppers and onion in margarine. Cut up cheese and put in broth, add all other ingredients. Bake until bubbly in a 350 degree oven. About 30-40 minutes.
This recipe will make two 9 x 13 inch casseroles. I divide one of the larger casseroles into 2 or 3 smaller ones for 2 people.
Wonderful to freeze and coo at a later time. Good to prepare for church suppers or take to folks that are sick, seems to go over pretty good.
Serving Suggestions
Good by its self, if you want rolls or crackers are good with the Chicken Spaghitti.
