3 C FLOUR
1 1/2 C SUGAR
1 t BAKING POWDER
2 t BAKING SODA
1/2 t SALT
1 C CHOPPED WALNUTS
3 EGGS
1 CRISCO OIL
1 t VAN
 
1 1/2 C GRATED ZUCCHINI

Instructions
MIX FLOUR, SUGAR BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SALT AND NUTS. SET ASIDE
BEAT EGGS,OIL.VANILLA,AND UNPEELED ZUCCHINE FOR 2 MIN. ADD TO FLOUR MIXUTRE.
POUR INTO WELL GREASED AND FLOURED BUNDT PAN OR INTO TW0 LOAF PANS
BAKE 350 FOR 1 HOUR COOL ON RACK IN PAN FOR 15 MIN.
