small red potatoes, washed and cut in half lengthwise
3-6 tbsp butter
6 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (the real stuff works better than the stuff in the green can)
seasonings such as salt, pepper, garlic powder etc
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Melt butter in the bottom of a 9×13 glass pan. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and seasonings over butter. Place potatoes cut side down and sprinkle more seasonings on top of potatoes.Bake for 30-45 minutes or until cooked through, depends on the size of potatoes. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
The cheese will bake to a crispy golden brown crust on the potatoes, don't underbake or it won't be as good! You can also brush a little of the butter on the skins and season them as well
