1/2 C WARM WATER
1 PK DRY YEAST
4 EGG YOLKS
1/2 t MILK
4 C GROUND NUTS
1 C SUGAR
2 t CINNAMON
 
2 JARS BAKER FILLING
4 EGG WHITES
8 T SUGAR

Instructions
PUT FLOUR IN BOWL CUT IN BUTTER
MIX WATER AND YEAST STIR TO DISSOLVE. ADD EGG YOLKS AND MILK TO YEAST. ADD TO FLOUR AND KNEAD TO FORM DOUGH. DIVIDE IN 3 ROLL EACH TO FIT LARGE COOKIE SHEET
1ST LAYER MIX NUTS SUGAR CINNAMON AND SPRINKLE OVER DOUGH. SAVE 1 CUP. 2ND LAYER ADD SECOND DOUGH TOP WITH JARS OF FILLING TOP WITH THIRD DOUGH.
BAKE 350 35 MIN. TOP WITH EGG WHITES BEAT WITH SUGAR TO MAKE STIFF MERIGNUE SPRINKLE WITH REMAINING NUT MIXTURE. BAKE TILL LIGHTLY BROWNED, CUT WHILE HOT PUT INTO PAPER CUPS.
