     DIPPED HARD BISCOTTI

Ingredients
2 POUNDS FLOUR
2 POUNDS SUGAR
4 T VAN
1 BOTTLE LEMON EXT
4 T BAKING POWDER
2 t CINNAMON
8 EGGS
CHOC CHIPS
CRISCO
 
2 POUND GROUND NUTS

Instructions
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS. ROLL INTO LOGS 12 INCH LONG USE OIL ON HANDS, FLATTEN SLIGHTLY.
BAKE 350 20-25 MIN. COO 10-15 MIN CUT IN 1/2 INCH SLICES. PUT SLICES ON SHEET, REDUCE OVEN TO 275 BAKE 10-15 MIN ON EACH SIDE.
WHEN COOLED DIP IN MELTED CHOC MIXED WITH A LITTLE CRISCO.
