8 T SUGAR
FLOUR
2 GRATED LEMON PEELS
8 EGG WHITES
1 1/2 C SUGAR
16 OZ FINELY GRATED ALMONDS
8 OZ MELTED CHOC BARS
 

Instructions
BEAT EGG YOLKS ADD OIL SUGAR AND RIND FROM ONE LEMON, ADD ENOUGH FLOUR TO MAKE SOFT BUT NOT STICKY DOUGH. CHILL DOUGH TAKE OUT 1/2 HOUR BEFORE USING,
FIT PIECES OF DOUGH INTO TART PAN PRESS FIRMLY. FILL ALMOST TO TOP. BAKE 350 2O MIN TILL CRUST IS BROWN.
FILLING------BEAT EGG WHITES AND SUGAR TILL FLUFFLY. SLOWLY BEAT IN NUTS AND LEMON RIND,SLOWLY ADD MELTED CHOC AND MIX WELL.
