Cut the avocados into half-inch cubes. In a small
bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, Tabasco
sauce, vinegar, pepper, and garlic. Pour the
mixture over the avocados and stir gently to coat.
In a large bowl, mix the corn, peas, beans,
cilantro, tomatoes, and onion. Add the avocado
mixture and gently mix with the other ingredients.

Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
