2-14.5 oz. cans chick peas/garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. smoked paprika
Generous pinch of dried oregano
Generous pinch of dried cumin
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Lemon
Instructions
Heat a large saute pan over medium heat and add oil. Once the oil is hot add onion, chick peas, garlic, and spices. Stir to combine and saute for 5 minutes or until the chick peas are warmed through. Squeeze lemon juice over top.
Store cooled in an airtight container.
