1/3 Cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp flaxseed
1/4 Cup puffed quinoa
1 Tbsp chia seed
1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
fruit of choice
 

Instructions
Steps- 1. Mix together
Notes- Everything can be subbed with a similar item - If taking as lunch to work, put dry ingredients into baggy and add at time of consumption
