Ingredients
a. 4 pork chops
a. 1/4 cup flour
a. 1/2 teaspoon salt
a. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
a. 1/2 teaspoon oregano
b. 4 tablespoons butter
b. 4 tablespoons olive oil
b. 2 cloves garlic chopped
c. 1/4 cup cooking sherry
 
c. 1/2 cup marsala wine
c. 1 cup mushrooms
c. splash of heavy whipping cream
d. cooked pasta

Instructions
Combine the A mixture and coat the pork chops.
Heat the butter and oil and add pork with garlic. Brown the pork on each side about 5 minutes.
Lower heat and add the C mixture. Stir, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve over pasta.
