1 small bunch flat leaf parsley, leaves rinsed and drained
1/2 c tahini
3 cloves garlic
juice of 2 large lemons (about 6T)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1T sugar or agave syrup
2T - 6T water
Instructions
Place all ingredients with exception of water into food processor or blender and puree to fully smooth texture, about 1 minute. Add water 2T at a time to create a sauce with a smooth, pourable consistency. Add more salt if needed to taste.
