     White fish with lemon dill stuffing

Ingredients
1cup bread crumbs
1/2 sweet onion minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tsps. Lemon zest
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 pounds fish
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Toss bread crumbs with onion, dill, lemon zest, garlic, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Press stuffing onto both sides of the fish. Place onto baking sheet.
Roast in pre- heated oven until the fish begins to brown, and the flesh flakes easily, about 20-30 minutes
