rinse and dry your kale. chop kale up. meanwhile,
add pine nuts to a pan over medium heat and toast
until you can smell the nuts. be careful not to
burn them.

toss the apple cider vinegar and olive oil in until
kale is coated.

|
Add dried cranberries and toasted pine nuts
|
|
|
add the feta last....toss it all together and
enjoy!!
