     Best Cheese Ball

Ingredients
2 Pkg Cream Cheese (softened)
2 cups shredded cheddar (extra old white cheddar)
1 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp worstershire sauce
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp salt
Chopped Pecans
 
Stone wheat crackers / triscuit plain crackers
Works well for stuffed mushrooms
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in one bowl and mix well. (I use a mix master) Form into one large ball, or two smaller balls, and roll in chopped pecans.
