Mushroom

1 cup mushrooms, chopped
|

1 onion, finely chopped Margarine
|
|
2 egg yolks Salt, pepper to taste
|

Saute onion in margarine. Add mushrooms & season.
|

Saute covered 10 min. Stir occasionally. Remove from
|
|
heat and add egg yolks, stirring well. Cool before filling.
|

Prune
|
|
|
|
1 cup prunes, cooked 1 Tblsp sugar
|
|
1 tsp lemon juice
|
|
Soak prunes in water 9-10 hrs. Cook with lemon juice
|
|
and sugar. Cool, remove pits and fill.
