Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Set aside. Combine rice, chicken soup and wate rin slow cooker. Stir until well belended. Place chicken pieces in see through roasting bag, Add onion soup mix. Shake bag to coat chicken thoroughly. Puncture 4 to 6 holes in bottom of bag. Fold top of bag over chicken and lay in slow cooker on top of rice. Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours or until chicken is tender and rice is cooked but not dry. Serve chicken and rice together on a large platter.
